A SMALL HEADSET TRIAL FOUND IMPROVEMENTS IN LONG-COVID BRAIN FOG.

Four weeks of at-home magnetic-field sessions produced encouraging early signals for long-COVID cognitive impairment.

A SMALL HEADSET TRIAL FOUND IMPROVEMENTS IN LONG-COVID BRAIN FOG.

A first randomized controlled pilot of microtesla magnetic therapy found measurable cognitive and mood improvements that continued after treatment ended.

WHAT HAPPENED

Thirty adults with objective long-COVID cognitive impairment were randomized 2:1 to active or sham treatment. They self-administered 15-minute sessions twice weekly for four weeks. The active group improved across several exploratory cognitive and well-being measures, with some gains continuing through week eight.

WHY THIS IS HOPESLOP

Long COVID has left millions with disabling brain fog and few evidence-based treatments. This is only a small first-in-human study, but it moved a plausible home therapy from idea to controlled human signal.
